A Note From Dr. Fatima Jaffrey

Dr. Fatima Jaffrey, with two decades of experience, joined Crescent Medical after training in Molecular Biology at Washington University and obtaining an MD from the University of Oklahoma. She specialized in Family Medicine at New Hampshire-Dartmouth and excelled in leadership. Her medical career spans work at Mercy Health Center and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where she directed Outcomes Research.

Dr. Jaffrey holds a Master's in Health Delivery Science from Dartmouth's Tuck Business School, specializing in healthcare delivery systems.

Dr. Jaffrey's approach to medicine is deeply rooted in her faith, a passion for scientific excellence, and a commitment to personalized patient care. Her extensive experience ensures that patients receive the right care at the right time, optimizing health, well-being, and productivity. Through Crescent Medical, she aims to revolutionize primary care for patients, families, and employers by implementing innovative, high-value healthcare models.
